Join this series of health education topics for the community. Attend 3 of 4 classes and receive a gift card!
No cost to attend! Everyone is welcome. Education by a community health worker (CHW). CHWs are frontline liaisons, guiding individuals and families through the health, social, and community services systems to foster health and well-being.
