Caregiver Workshop: Respite 101

Description

Respite is a temporary break that allows family caregivers to put caregiving aside, if briefly, and take care of themselves, so that they can feel recharged and refreshed.

Our two Easterseals Case Managers, Sharnell Darby and Christine Santy, will present this informative virtual workshop! The workshop will include information about why respite is important, respite funding opportunities, including Easterseals respite voucher program, tips for taking big or little breaks, and tools to help you plan your respite. Everyone deserves respite; let us help you learn what that means for you
